If you've ever wanted to learn about food and wine matching, or learn about the classic wines of Australia, this is the perfect evening for you.

We provide specialist tasting books to help guide you through the wines of the evening. 

9 Wines will be tasted, with each wine being paired with a matching bite to eat. Each month the food and wine pairings will be different but you can expect little dishes such as cheeses, oysters, meat pies and lamb cutlets to feature.
